About The Role
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers/users regarding manpower needs
Develop, maintain, and manage candidate databases
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies
Provide administrative support related to General Affairs as needed, including facility management and light operational coordination
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Familiar with using job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
