Project Description

Bank is a place where they need to keep their customer satisfy. No matter what problems they encountered, customer satisfaction must be prioritized. One of the problem that have to avoided is let their customer waiting too long. BTN wanted to preserve their services, so they cooperated with Unictive Media to made an application which helpful to shorten the queue time.
