Customer loyality is a factor that can help brand to increase their sales. Giving a reward can also be a form to showing thank you to your customer. In order to appreciate their customer, Exxon Mobil held a "Mobil Vaganza" program which distributing random rewards to their loyal customer by scanning their products first. Then they can choose their rewards and get the voucher.
