About The Role
The responsibilities and duties of a Project Manager include understanding and thoroughly analyzing user or client needs in alignment with business objectives. Can manage the project from timeline planning to final system delivery, while maintaining client expectations regarding deadlines. Communicate effectively and efficiently with the team, stakeholders (clients), and all parties involved in the project development. Identify and provide effective solutions to both internal and external issues. Delegate tasks clearly and in detail to team members. Prepare reports on system usage and development progress. Be accountable to supervisors for the team's performance and outcomes. Collaborate with other teams such as Developers, QA, Designers, and Clients. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all meet their respective deadlines. Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team
