About The Role
As a Marketing and Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing both short-term and long-term marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision. You will conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities. A key part of the role is defining the company’s positioning, value proposition, and service differentiation in the marketplace. You will also design and execute both digital and conventional marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads. The role involves managing various marketing assets including the company website, promotional content, project portfolios, presentations, and client proposals. You will lead, supervise, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets, while also providing training and coaching to support their growth. In strategic or high-value projects, you will directly support the sales team in deal closure. Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners is also essential. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing tender processes, project pitching, and proposal submissions for both government and private sector clients. You are expected to provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and make necessary adjustments. Budget management will also fall under your responsibility, ensuring efficient use of marketing funds. Collaboration with internal teams—such as production, project management, and technical teams—is crucial to ensure alignment between marketing promises and service delivery. Furthermore, you will provide market-driven insights and feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or Information Technology.
