      • Card Tapping for Clock In and Clock Out
        Participants will use an RFID or magnetic ID card to clock in and clock out. Upon arrival, they will tap their card to register their entry time, and they will tap again at the end of the training session to clock out. This ensures accurate, automated time tracking and eliminates manual attendance processes.
      • Course Display for Participants
        The system will display the list of courses or training sessions available to the participant. They can view the details of each course, including the course title, schedule, and description. This feature helps participants keep track of their ongoing and upcoming training sessions.
      • Real-Time Attendance Data
        The application will capture and record real-time attendance data for each participant, including the exact clock-in and clock-out times. Administrators can easily monitor attendance trends and identify any irregularities, ensuring better attendance management.
